1. The deposit is not refundable if the Client cancels or changes the engagement. If the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above, the deposit shall be refunded to the Client. Deposit is included in the photographer’s fee so the remaining amount after will be paid at the wedding.

2. ALL of the best pictures will be posted on the Amber Fletcher smugmug website after they have been edited where you are will be able to download all of the photos from the wedding for 99 cents. There is a fee of 99 cents only because it can not be made cheaper to download the album. You will be given the rights to the pictures so you may use/print them as you please. You will be given a link to the album and no one will be able to see the pictures unless you share that link.

3. All day services consist of the photographer capturing from the moment you start getting ready (or the moment you would like the photographer to start) until the end of the reception. 

4. The pictures will be up anywhere from 6-10 weeks depending on how busy of a season the photographer is in. 

5. The Photographer has the right to use the photographs on their website, portfolio, prints to sell at Art Festivals, and for promotional services (including on social medias, business cards, flyers). 

6. Further expenses may apply for traveling purposes if there are numerous locations or the shoot will be done a legitimate distance away from the Photographers home address.

7. The Photographer will not be able to redo ideas from other wedding pictures you have seen, but we can reconstruct and get the same idea they are going for. 

8. The Photographer will not give out original copies of photos from the wedding. 

9. The photographer will not be expected to alter looks towards weight or any unwanted appearance. You are beautiful, be you.
